Shalom! 3 Cats 2 Acres & 1 Hen ~Granny & Hen~ My grandson​,​ Hen and I have decided to embark on a journey of self sufficiency through livestock and agriculture. We grow an organic vegetable and herb garden and 12 fruit orchard on our little 2 acres. Growing as much food and medicinal herbs as we can. We live organically. We turn herbs into life enhancing herbal remedies and supplements and offer them to you here online​,​ from our farm and at local farmers markets. We rely on our 3 cats to help maintain order in the garden...and they do a great job! We have a backyard mixed flock of 16 chickens that lay a beautiful array of colors...Sapphire Skies (light green)​,​ Black astralorps (pink​/​red)​,​ Black sexlinks (light-dark brown)​,​ ISA Browns (light yellow-tan)​,​ an Olive Egger (dark green)​,​ Brahma (speckled​/​tan)​,​ Leghorn (white) & Buff Orpington (tan). I sell their eating table eggs $5​/​dozen. They don't have a rooster over them yet but plans are in the making! We then decided to add to the flock and raise American Bresse chickens​,​ to feed our families and supply to the local community with hatching eggs​,​ chicks and young birds from our little 2 acres farm in NE Ohio.
